Today was a free day with an optional ride out to the Berina Pass, Stelvio Pass and Ofenpass.
We decided to have a day off the bikes as the weather was not good.
There is also an option to take a 40 minute walk to the glacier.
The Bernina Express stops right along side the hotel and runs up into the mountains and down to St. Moritz.
We took the train then a cable car up into the peaks that is supposed to have spectacular views but the weather was bad with poor visibility.
We came back down and took the train back past the hotel and down into St. Moritz.
St Moritz was quite disappointing, they are between seasons, the summer is pretty well over and they are waiting for the skiing season to start, so the town was dead.
However if you are in the market for designer handbags this is the place to go.
